Excellent therapeutic atmosphere and top-of-the-line equipment. Matt is extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. With my first visit, I experienced the whole-body cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen chamber, and a Normatek leg compression session, just three of the five services offered. I will definitely be returning, so I purchased one of the money-saving packages offering multiple services at a discounted price.

West Omaha Cryotherapy is an amazing wellness center! I’ve been feeling terrific after my two Cryotherapy sessions this week. I also tried the red light therapy and the NormaTec leg compression. I went in for light therapy after doing extensive research on it. Even though I thought it was ‘voodoo’ science, i took the chance after I’d recently had my cast removed from a broken radius. I was hoping to address residual swelling and pain the orthopod had said would subside with time. I was pleasantly surprised when after one treatment, I saw a decrease in the pain and noticeably in the swelling. The staff was excellent. Very knowledgeable and the facility was very clean. Definitely will be going back to West Omaha Cryotherapy.

I happened upon West Omaha Cryotherapy by way of Groupon, and I have been hooked ever since. I have found the 3 minute whole-body cryotherapy treatment to be incredibly beneficial; especially after my back to back boot camp session / 15 mile bike riding days. I have never slept better than on the nights following my -215° session. I workout at least five days a week, and recently started taking advantage of the normatec leg compression therapy. I could definitely tell my muscles recovered more quickly in-between workouts. If you're looking to feel better than you ever thought possible, then West Omaha Cryotherapy is your one stop shop for mental and physical wellness.

My wife bought me a gift card to West Omaha Cryotherapy for the holidays. I finally made the visit here a week or so ago and enjoyed it so much I purchased a membership. They offer a few different services and I love them all so far. The IR Sauna is a great way to sweat out some toxins. The Cryotherapy is new for me, but it was great and I left feeling totally refreshed and energized! The staff is very welcoming and will answer all your questions. The business is very clean and they provide everything you need to enjoy your visit. Highly recommend you give it a try.
